How do I return an item? Return new/unused items to OEM Kia Superstore within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Domestic shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items which have been used or installed will not be accepted for refund. Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box; Do Not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
